Youthful Skin with Apples Get out your juicer, or go to your local supermarket and get fresh apple juice or cider. Make sure that it is 100% natural, with no added sugar or preservatives.

Youthful Skin At Bedtime: Drink a cup of the delicious juice, reserving a little at the bottom of the glass.
