Step1
First, soak in a warm to hot water bath for about 15 to 20 minutes. This softens the skin and loosens up that dead skin. Take this time to read a good book or magazine. You can make it special and relaxing by adding candles or incense.

Next, take a natural
bar soap
, such a Dr. Bronner's Lavender bar soap, and lather up your exfoliation gloves. You can purchase these at any grocery store or healthy food market. If you have trouble finding them at your local store, search online. They are REALLY worth it and really get the job done!
Put on the gloves, lather them up, and massage your entire body using circular motions. For your body, you can really scrub your skin....but do not do this on your face.
Step3
Rinse off your skin in the bath and repeat once more. 2 times really does the trick for me. After you rinse the second time you will be SHOCKED by how much dead skin you had on your body!
Your skin will feel so smooth and clean you will wonder why you haven't done this in the past. A bath just won't feel the same anymore without your exfoliation gloves!
